What have you been up to?
It has been almost two weeks since we last saw you at school. We want you to know that we are all missing you and hoping that you are enjoying some time with your families, keeping happy and safe.
We hope you have been enjoying accessing some of the home learning sites that were shared with you on your last day. We would love to hear about what you have been doing and to keep in touch! Why not join our Twitter account and share some of the activities you have been doing at home!
We look forward to seeing you again soon, but for now, keep sharing your wonderful work with us and look out for some upcoming videos/activities from Mrs Bradding for Phonics learning!
Stay home, stay safe and we hope to see you soon!
Week commencing Monday 3rd February 2020.
This week we have been exploring different people who help us. The children have thoroughly enjoyed playing in the role play area. We have transformed it into a restaurant. The children have been busy making their own menu’s, taking orders, pretending to be chefs, waiters and waitress’.
Week commencing Monday 20th January 2020.
On Friday we learnt about the ‘Chinese New Year’. We have been busy writing Chinese numbers in the coloured rice, making paper chain dragons, making dragon masks and writing a special fortune message to our friends. We even tasted some prawn crackers.
We also had a visit from Supertato after we wrote our letters asking him to come and help save the fruit. We were very pleased when Supertato managed to trap the evil pea in jelly.
